I was hired at Walmart as a Cashier but i was offer a job to work as Customer Service Representative in the Cash Center . The hiring process did not take long at all. I went in for a interview and came out with a job as a cashier. I worked for a month and the made me a job offer fpr customer service and hired me on. Walmart was a great experience for me and i love working with people and meeting there needs.

The interview was conducted virtually. It was for the customer service position. Mostly I was questioned about how I would handle various scenarios, for assisting clients. I was asked some real world examples and asked to handle them.

How would you handle an angry or disgruntled customer?
Unprofessional interview, and unfair. Being bilingual and many years of customer service experience they decided to pass due to many years of experience. The interviewer also looked unorganized and was bias.

Lengthy and the paperwork is extremely confusing to fill out and submit. Thank you. But other than that really nice people. They hire through a 3rd party called Rose International…. Very helpful people
