All about attracting and accommodating Millennials who have never WORKED and who will stay for 3 months and leave because they aren't VP of Operations. Forget about those of us who have been BUILDING a work history over the last three decades!

In person. manager and two of his immediate supervisors were there to interviewed me. They took turns asking me different questions, for example, they asked when i made a mistake. Very standard interview. Accepted the role

I received the initial pre-screen phone call and a follow-up short phone interview from a second recruiter as well. The next step will be a behavioral panel interview, if I make it that far.

Face to face one on one interview with presentation with human resources leadership. Interview didn't last more than an hour and very engaging and informative. didn't get the position due to my lack of experience in shadowing for the role, which is great. Received great feedback post interview.
