I applied online throught verizon.com/careers. That day they send a automated response email that they recieved your submission. The very next day a recruiter contacted me, she set up a phone interview with me for the next day. She emailed me letting me know I would need the past 7 years of employment history with exact dates and if I had any misdemeanors or felonies within the past 7 years with exact dates as well. The interview was pretty basic, she asked why I wanted to work for Verizon, what is one thing I noticed about Verizons mission statement which is in an attatchment she sends so make sure you actually read it! She also asked me where I see myself in 5 years. Why I think I am a good fit for the job and a couple situational questions that she requested EXACT situations for. I was a little off on answering the situational questions but she put me through anyhow saying she had no doubt I could perform the job given my work experience and then gave me tips on how to better answer those types of questions and what to expect for my next interview. She was very nice.

The interview lasted about 45 minutes, and the questions were based on my knowledge of the brand, technology in general, behavioral styles, also what if scenarios and her views of the culture

Entretien
I applied online and passed the online assessment, I then did a video interview and after had to wait a while until I was contacted for a job offer. The interview consisted of STAR scenario questions which were all fairly easy. Once I got the offer they started the background check which took 8 days to clear.

Entretien
There were three parts to my hiring process. 1. The recruiter called me and asked me questions. 2. I spoke to the Assistant Manager. They asked me standard questions and we role-played a standard sale. 3. I did an in-person interview with the General Manager. We also did a role-play as well. BE PREPARED FOR THAT.
