The interview process started with a phone interview and then again two HR interviews, one on phone and the next was in person, one on one. This process itself took about four weeks and very long waits. Later they scheduled a group interview with some of the team members and questions were general It questions to questions more specific for the position I was being interviewed for. My experience is that they were not very well prepared for the interview themselves and did not have a very clear understanding of their own requirements. Not well organized and I am still waiitng to hear from them. Let's see how long this takes!
