Applied online had a phone interview and face to face with hr rep and manager and Supervisor. They ask you to sell a plan. Ask you general customer service question and want answer in star format. Also took a tech test.

Sell me this plan. Troubleshoot this problem. If you u were in a difficult situation what would you do how did you handle it. Tell me about a time your supervisor gave you criticism you didn’t like.
The interview process started with a phone interview. If you are selected, your information is passed along to the next individual who will interview. The process is a stand first phone call with the HR representative.

Entretien
Interview process was typical. Interviewed by the director of the department. She pretty much had a non chalant attitude and portrayed that she didn't really want to be there. She asked typical questions nothing was to complicated to answer. Interview lasted about 25 min.
