There was a phone interview to check my skill sets and interests. Then there was a technical phone interview for an hour. The interviewer asked about HTML,CSS,AJAX, STRUTS, JAVA and design patterns. Then there was a personal interview with the manager who checked my business acumen and communication skills.

i was hired as contractor and then converted, it is very hard to enter as full time at the first time.
interview takes about 4 round with co workers and hiring managers
