Interview is pretty much alot of situational questions look under STAR.. As a company its a well oiled machine, but once you enter their realm its not as oiled at it tries to portrays. There is alot of steps you would have to take to get from point A,B.

Question 1
When was a situation where you were in charge of a project and what was the outcome.
The process was simple, Apply online and then called for an Interview. I had to follow up and then got called for final interview to discuss next three months and salary.
To the point. I could tell they had a lot of interviewees. Got back to me right away. Asked me standard questions. Salary was sufficient. The interview lasted 20 minutes or so.

Easy phone interview and was hired. It was really more like a conversation than an interview. Very friendly and easy. Seems like they are hiring a lot of people. Would recommend
