Applied 01/28/22 Completed assessment 01/29/22 Phone interview 02/16/22 Blue jeans video interview w/ Store Manager 02/25/22 Offer Letter 03/01/22 Start Date 03/14/22 Total process took around 4weeks+ Phone interview seemed different from others, the interviewer was 15 minutes late and told me this wasn’t an interview she just needed to relay some information which included: salary, hours, and making sure I knew being vaccinated was required. After the information was relayed the interviewer asked if I was still interested and she would send my information to the hiring manager. Next day hiring manager made an appointment for a interview in one week. Interview was a video bluejeans interview with 2 interviewers, around 8 STAR method behavioral questions were asked. ( Sorry I can’t recall them all) after that some questions were asked about my job background. Entire interview took around 30 minutes total. 4 days after video interview (2 days were over the weekend) job offer came in completed all requirements of prehire.

The process was simple, Apply online and then called for an Interview. I had to follow up and then got called for final interview to discuss next three months and salary.
