Entretien
First there was a phone interview with role playing as a tech savey customer and a not so tech savey customer. Talked about the Boes mini speaker and how it could benefit the customer in many different ways depending on how and what the customer would plan to use it. Then the person to person interview with the General Manager of the company whom was very easy to talk with. Asked questions of your aspirations and goals and why you thought you would be a good candidate for the company. Overall the people that work for them are really good at what their job is. The interview lasted about 45 minutes, and the questions were based on my knowledge of the brand, technology in general, behavioral styles, also what if scenarios and her views of the culture

Entretien
I applied online and passed the online assessment, I then did a video interview and after had to wait a while until I was contacted for a job offer. The interview consisted of STAR scenario questions which were all fairly easy. Once I got the offer they started the background check which took 8 days to clear.

There were three parts to my hiring process. 1. The recruiter called me and asked me questions. 2. I spoke to the Assistant Manager. They asked me standard questions and we role-played a standard sale. 3. I did an in-person interview with the General Manager. We also did a role-play as well. BE PREPARED FOR THAT.
