It had multiple steps. From the application process to an assessment, phone interview and in-person interview. They could have done a better job explain the back ground check and another party helping out but other than that, it went well.

The process was simple, Apply online and then called for an Interview. I had to follow up and then got called for final interview to discuss next three months and salary.
