Process oriented and Subject expert Good and overall experience is required as 4 Technical skills and project related experience is also required to attend the interview thanks for the great opportunity and nice experience

It is one of the worst interview process ever attended in my life. They called for an walk-in on 6th may with out making any prior arrangements. There were about 200 people waiting for the interview for different requirements. They have arranged for the interviews in their cafeteria . It was not at all like a interview environment and I waited patiently for just 6 hours to complete my first round. Thanks for the excellent process followed by the HR's. If you want to waste time of candidates donot call for a walk-in and say excuses like we haven't expected this much turn around. I am still waiting for my second round result on 26th may this shows your promptness. The process was too slow and HR's were too rude to answer the queries of the candidates. Better train them for softskills.

I had 2 phone interviews the first one was supposed to be with a few members of the team but only the manager and 1 employee joined the call. And on the second phone interview 7 people were coming and going on and off the teleconference during the interview so some of the same questions were asked wasting time. Both interviews seemed unorganized and certain details about the job that I had questions about were not answered by the interviewers for reasons I can't explain. I was told I was a top candidate but months later and I have yet to hear anything pertaining to the job. I doubt I would have taken the job if offered.
