Phone interview with recruited,followed by onsite interview with hiring manager and round 3 interview with 3 other interviewers. This was a new group forming and it was not clear that they were really very clear about the exact role that they were interviewing for. Questions regarding experience and details on projects executed. Some technical questions to test domain knowledge
