Fairly standard beginning - two rounds of management interviews, a technical presentation, and a technical round, followed by a chat with the executives. The process was slightly disorganized but not terribly so. Their reference checking process is absurd, though - they asked for two references before making an offer, which I reluctantly provided (I hate bothering references before I have a contingent offer in hand, because I don't want to ask them to do this too frequently). Figured we were done and I could perhaps give them another one from my current company after the offer was made, but they came back asking for a manager reference at every company I've ever worked at, and I still haven't seen an offer yet. This is highly excessive and I think I'll probably drop out of the process rather than do this.
