Entretien
The recruitment process took around six weeks; the main recruiter, Sofia based in the London office, was great. As a recruiter she helped me feel at ease and was always available for any questions which helped greatly. The interviews themselves were clear, concise, purposeful and each interviewer was helpful regarding any questions I had. The initial stage was a call with the recruiter and the subsequent stage was a call with a current AE. The third stage comprised of three 30 minute interviews at the London office and the fourth and final stage was a Zoom call with a Director. The process was rigorous but fair and overall very positive. The whole process was smoothly run and enjoyable; each interviewer made me feel at ease throughout and I felt a strong sense of community and shared ethos from the team. Everyone I met was friendly and I’m looking forward to starting at the company soon.
