Casual setting and atmosphere, interview was good in general. Questions were all expected, nothing unexpected. Interviewed with two people and they were friendly and nice. The interview took an hour and received notice for a second interview that same day

Entretien
I applied online and was asked to interview the day after. I met with the co-founder and later the CEO. They introduced themselves and asked me questions about my accomplishments and what if scenarios in relation to their marketing strategies.
The weird thing was after a 45-minute interview with the Co-founder I was taken downstairs to meet the CEO and was asked the same exact questions by him.
That was one big flag to me.

Entretien
I met with one Marketing team members who asked pretty general and simple questions. Mainly wanted to get to know my background and future goals. The next step was meeting the CEO who came off condescending. He spoke highly about the start of the company and spoke down on me with abrupt responses and insinuating questions. It was also a little odd to interview in the same room as an air mattress where he slept on weekends. All in all, I never heard from them again but am glad I did not get an offer.
