Had a recruiter screen, with some behavioral questions to better understand my experience and how it related to the role. I was told I would hear back in 24 hours, never heard back even after a follow up. The recruiter also sighed multiple times during the call, making it sound like she didn't want to be there. I would have appreciated to be told up front if I wasn't going to be moving forward.

Entretien
Too short. Only 30 minutes. Not nearly enough time to discuss role and my background. Spent too much time discussing the company and not enough about me. Nice but extremely rushed. It felt like they were interviewing for throughput rather than quality or a connection. Discussions were overly focused on strategy and it felt like they ignored implementation (just getting stuff done). Bias for MBAs and against non-MBAs. Said that IOT and transportation tech wasn't necessary, but showed lack of interest in my experiences in other industries. Polite but didn't seem genuinely interested in hiring me or even speaking with me in general.
