Applied online and had one interview in person with senior employees. Overall it seemed like a great opportunity for entry-level employees to gain experience and build their capabilities. The company seemed to be growing.

Entretien
Versa was quick to reach out and set up a first and second interview and to extend an offer, but there was zero communication after a call to negotiate terms. After three weeks, they finally reached out to say that they were interviewing other candidates for the position they had offered me since I chose to negotiate, which they interpreted as declining the offer.
