J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Versapay (Markham, ON) en janv. 2021

I went through 4 rounds of interviews, first round was HR interview, second round was technical interview, these two are normal process. Third round is very special, one was collaborative system design interview, given a app or a product idea, how do you implement it or make it happen? This would really give you a chance to showcase your experience in requirement analysis and system design and implementation in the real project, used your imagination and creation to provide great user experience, not limited to current technologies. The first time I was having fun in the interview, instead of being nervous. The other is live code challenge. They focused more on the approach to the solution, not the final result. I could not finish the implementation for running out of time. But they understood my solution so I still passed that code exam.

Applied through a recruitment agency but all communication was directly handled by company recruiter of the company. The whole process took less than a month. Throughout the process they've been very transparent about process and further steps.
There is initial screening, have a conversation with engineering lead to assess your knowledge. After this there is a white boarding session (coding) with potential team members to go through a coding problem. There is also a design session with Product/Tech leads which is really interesting - you design a system in collaboration with them.

I applied online, via LinkedIn. First contact was made by a senior manager, which I found odd. I was asked to do an IQ-type test, which is also an odd choice, given that there's no evidence that these tests have any value in predicting candidate performance. Didn't get a response for two weeks after submission, then a talent acquisition associate reached out to schedule a screening call which happened within a few days. It went well enough, i thought, but several months later there hasn't been any further contact despite the assurance of prompt feedback.
