Entretien
Initially the internal recruiter will discuss the role with you and see if you are a good fit. If so then you have a two stage interview. Frist stage is with a PM and head of projects. If successful then you move to second interview with HR to ensure you are a good fit for the organisation. Be advised you will be required to complete so psychometric tests.

Entretien
Very friendly, had 2 rounds of interviews. First call was from the recruiter, very informal to know more about you . Second was the main interview where you were asked about your experience, your salary expectations , situational questions etc.

Entretien
CV submitted by referral. Reviewed company on Glassdoor and generally on-line presence. Initial phone interview with HR lead base in Scotland who shared information on the Company as well as reviewing my experience. Undertook an on-line assessment which you should prepare for and do it in a quiet place to allow you to focus. 2 further face 2 face interviews and then an offer. They do vary the recruitment approach based on experience and sometimes people are asked to complete the on-line assessment before the interviews. A positive experience, they are looking for good people with experience. They are recruiting junior and senior people across the UK and Ireland.
