Phone screening, round 1 and round 2 and hr round. Interview process was intermediate level. I got the offer and I declined due to the office politics I heard from fellow employees work there

Initial Screening call with recruitment team, followed by one hour interview with a team manager and lead. Some technical questions and also some procedural questions with personality and working practices mixed in. Unfortunately I was ghosted following this interview. 3 weeks later and I've heard absolutely nothing. I followed up with the recruiter to no reply, which reading on reviews seems to be par for the course with Version 1. I felt the interview went well but would have at least liked some feedback if that opinion wasn't shared.

Amazing recruiting team and process. Well organized people, not toxic at all. Respect and a desire to work here will be with you. Absolutely no pressure, interview comes like a friendly conversation. However feedback/offer was not done and recruiter has just vanished...
