Online Submittal, Phone Screen with HR, Phone Screen with VP, Face to Face Interview, Letter of Intent from Candidate, Offer and Acceptance. Background check, no drug screen. No technical questions (the greener the better for Vertek). They will try and act as if Vertek is a growing business that needs recruiters to help expansion when in reality they need immediate contribution from recruiters to stay in business.

Phone screen with recruiter, phone interview with partner/hiring manager, face to face interview
The recruiter made it seem as if there was an immediate need to hire. I had a second phone call with the hiring manager the same day. The recruiter followed up the next day and wanted me to come in for an interview. I went to the interview and spent an hour and a half there. They provided no timeline however for me on when I may expect to hear back. I followed up thanking each person I interviewed with as well as recruiter immediately, and three weeks later have not heard any feedback regarding my interview. When a company employs a corporate recruiter, I would think the least they could do would be to follow up with a candidate. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything, I see that a new job posting was made for the same position. Proceed with caution!
