I was contacted for a Straightforward HR screening (30 minutes) with follow-up Cognitive index and Behavioural Assessment that asked to complete before meeting the hiring manager. However, I was not selected after receiving a follow-up update after more than 2 weeks.

Describe a situation you have conflict at work and how you deal with that?
Had an initial call. Then I had a interview with the hiring manager and presented a case study to the team in Chandler.
They asked me to do more work during the presentation and I said no.
Also, as a physically disabled person uses a walker to get around, there were a few questionable comments made during the interview.
