It was very fast and transparent. The whole process was managed within two weeks. It was always a mutual conversation, and both sides had space to find out if it was a fit or not.

I had a virtual interview with the Head of Talent and an in person meeting with the Head of Talent and Senior Talent Partner. The experience itself was good but I didn't receive any feedback after, even having to chase 2/3 times to then be told I didn't get the job and it was already filled (10 days after my in person interview!)
