I received an email to schedule an interview on sight. We met in person and had an interview for approximately two hours. The owner asked only a few technical questions about past project experience. The owner spent 30 min to describe the company and the projects they have. The discussion was open and quite friendly. The impression I had once the interview finished was that we have a match but I did not get an offer since they found a better candidate as they told me by email.
