hr recruiter vets prospective employee with call screen. Had initial meeting with CEO. He is very deliberate and takes his time with key positions. Got a call back 2 months later while working elsewhere. Accepted offer - as I liked CEO's perspective on technology utlization. It's rare for a CEO to be so versed in tech.
