Phone screen interview with a recruiter and then most likely a direct manager, maybe even a director will screen you. A few weeks later will come the 4-5 rounds of 1:1 or group interviews. If the director level person likes you, it'll trump the rest of the group, so make good with them if they do end up having time for you.
