After I applied, a recruiter from Vida reached out to me. He was extremely unprofessional and would go days without answering his email. After weeks of trying to schedule a call, I was finally able to find a time that fit his schedule.
Basically, the company is only hiring temporary Health Guides and plan to lay you off after the first 90 days. They only keep the top 10% of performers. It is an outbound sales call role and is in no way a "health guide".
Friendly and professional. Had 3 interviews total. They were very quick to notify me about next steps in the process. I would recommend! All interviews were done over zoom and everyone was professional.

I had interviewed with a recruiter then 3 back to back interviews with various department leadership. The questions were straightforward. Everyone was very friendly during the interview. I was informed within a few days of the interview results.

Entretien
Went through two interviews, took about 2 weeks. Asked questions relating to health and wellness, pretty straightforward. Given different scenarios and had to say how I’d handle them. Overall pretty straight for award and average
