J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Village Green
Entretien
Very short process in my case. I was contacted by the property manager who would be my direct supervisor. Had an interview with her that lasted 2 hours, then had an interview with a Regional Manager that lasted 1 hour, the final step was a phone interview with a Marketing Director. From forst contact to job offer was a week or less.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
The usual questions for a sales position. Just stay very positive and friendly. The company REALLY focuses on first impressions so be sure to dress accordingly for the interview. Dress is slightly different for each location some more business professional some more urban/fashionable. Even my nails were commented on I found out later.
Face to face interaction. I met with the area director and marketing director of our region. We spoke about my experiences in the industry and my goals for the future.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
They asked if I had worked in property management before.
It was a breeze. The recruiter was very kind and helpful. It definitely made me feel at ease to know that they knew what they were looking for and had multiple training programs/classes in place to get new hires up to speed after on-boarding.

Entretien
It was a three step process.
-First was a phone interview with a corporate recruiter over the phone who asked the basic questions and gave an overview of the job and company and perks
-Second was an onsite interview with the Property Manager who described the specific property and had more detailed questions that pertained to the site i would be working at
-Third was over the phone with the Regional Sales Manager and went into some of the marketing strategies and into situational questions
