Met with the lead housekeeper and another staff member, they spoke to me about what the job entails and told me details of salary and hours. They asked me some relevant questions throughout the interview

What is one quality you consider important while working?
They do not want foreign staff, or even they call you to interview you if they see that in your CV you are not British. I had the experience and met the requirements to participate in the selection process but my only mistake is not being British.
