After a first hour of introduction and briefing to let candidates know what it's like to work for Virgin Active, the head PTs introduce a role play and observe how the group and every individual works and try to convince the others on their advantage. After this, participant pair up and create a PT session, alternating their role and training each others. Finally, all in circles, there is a group training session where every participant goes in the middle of the circle to show an exercise. It's all about being yourself and having fun. Very nice experience.
