Was a thorough process with one on one interview with the Store leader. The aim is to make the store leader happy. If they like you it is an easy go. Basic questions about sales and scenario based questions were asked. It depends on manager to manager rather than a general process. Some ask niche questions, some ask general ones. Crack the manager's personality and you crack the job

Fairly straightforward process. You receive a phone call where you get asked about your experience and sales-related questions. If successful, you get an email inviting you to a face-to-face meeting with a store manager. In this meeting, you get told about the company and asked the same sort of stuff as the phone call interview.
