The questions are standard for the industry for the most part. However, the process was a bit dysfunctional and lacked consideration for those taking the time to interview. Four, 30 minute interview is excessive. The 2nd and 3rd interview should be combined into one hour interview. Your job is to interview someone so you're on the clock for that, while the people interviewing have to take time out of their day/ work day. Not only after people take time out of their day to interview with you, you then take weeks on end to respond. Specially when it is clear you have decided to move on from a candidate. Having an interviewer repost the job on their social media hours after the interview, and then taking 3 weeks to reject them is completely unprofessional and reflects that on the company.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had interviewing. I applied online through LinkedIn and was notified once my application was read. A phone interview was setup with the recruiter followed by a high-five (Skype) interview and an in-person one at headquarters. Everyone was professional and extremely excited about Virgin Voyages! They have a wonderful culture and they gave a great first impression.
