Easy, laid back. It went very fast and had an offer within a couple of days, however it was almost "too quick". This largely depends on the elected official you'll be working for.

3 rounds, very thorough interview process. Lots of references that have to be provided although it may vary from office to office. Most important to know about your member and committee assignments
