Submitted my resume with a cover letter. Got picked from a bunch of applicants. Did a phone call with the office manager. Performed an interview via zoom with the team. Got an email offering me the position

Went smoothly. My advisor was the person interviewing me and he asked some general questions and went through my resume. overall, it was fun and easy. I don't see any major difficulties in answering the questions.

Cover letter and resume. Then I went through one interview. After which I was called and I accepted the position. It had good benefits and a good schedule for being in school.
