I applied to the HR through online portal where the opening was published as a walkin. I got a mail from HR to attend F2F interview at their office in Bangalore. I went to the office and was asked to submit my resume. After sometime the interviewer called me to the room. From the first question I felt that the interviewer had made up his mind that I was not fit for the role. He started asking random questions and cutting short my reply. After few questions he asked me if I could do the role and it would be quite challenging. He then told me that there would be at least 3-4 more telephonic rounds with VP and Director. He also asked me if I could do a prototype and presentation for a assignment. I was not willing to take up these kind of assignments for a interview and I felt as if the interviewer wanted to make me feel intimidated. The level of expectation for this role was too much for the role which was advertised.

Entretien
Got the call from recruitment agency & interview was scheduled in the evening.
I was suggested to join 5 mins earlier & I did join.
After the wait of 10 mins, recruiter of Virtusa joined & after another wait of 6-7 mins, I was told that panel is busy & wants to reschedule.
How unprofessional & the panel was delivery head there. Means one can't manage own work properly but expect others to manage multiple tasks properly.
