Hiring process was on campus , it consisted of 5 rounds :
1) Written test on a computer taken by Amcat ( basic questions about C/C++ ) English was tougher
2) Group Discussion
3) An Essay to check comprehensive skills
4) PI
5) HR

In HR they ask you questions about everything, from states of India to their Chief Ministers,Technical interview depends upon the interviewer, mine was easy, simple C/C++ questions and questions from Resume
Through campus plcement first was exam
After exam , technical interview which was too slow , asked about oops concepts it was already late so they wrapped up fast and did not ask more

I had good experience in interview process. And I would recommend you to give interview in Virtusa if you are getting a chance. Interview questions were neither difficult nor easy.
