I do not mean to cause harm in any way, and I do understand if I was not fit for the job. The following is an accurate representation of my experience, nothing more.
Arrived for the appointment on time. Was allocated in a small meeting room after waiting for 15 minutes. There I waited for another 15 minutes and someone told me they were going to interview me. I was then asked to leave the room and go to the reception because they needed it, where I waited for more than 20 minutes. The receptionist informed me a new (3rd) person was going to interview me, and I was told she was "googling online" what to ask in an interview.
I was interviewed by Senior Account Executive Tatiana, not by someone in HR. I got asked 2 questions regarding the job, and she showed more interest and asked several questions regarding how their competitor did work for me. After that, I was dismissed, but not before hearing that my experience and education would be a great fit for the job, and I was asked if I would be available for a follow-up meeting. No contact after.
The company is very small, unorganized, no schedule, and they are more interested in using interviewees to learn what and how their competitors are working. I tried to reach out with the person that contacted me first but to no avail. No feedback either.
