Sent in application on 10th March, got invited for an interview with the store manager a few days after. Had to chase to find out the result of the interview a week later. Invited to a trail day to talk to the staff learn about the job etc. Was told I would find out the result the next day but had to keep chasing up and found out a week and a half later.
The manager tried to sell the job to me. It felt like they were desperate for new people. I said I don’t exactly enjoy sales and the manager said he will shape me to become a good salesman
interview with store line manager. asked competency based questions and questions about my CV so make sure you revise your cv. not many questions asked about the actual role itself. felt more like a conversation
