I had a telephone screening interview with a recruiter from head office, she was very personable and conducted the interview in a professional manner. A follow up phone call with the regional saw me to being short listed for final stage interviews, intended to be carried out in person, but amended to Microsoft Teams due to current lockdown. Final phase of the interview required a presentation be prepared and delivered (with several days notice to prepare) followed by competency based questioning. Both the regional manager, and store manager were friendly and professional, and willing to assist in the preparation for the final stage interview.
