Reached out via phone from online application. Standard interview. Was told I'd hear back one way or another by a certain date. I tried to follow up. Weeks go by, and they never gave me an update. Terrible.

Entretien
Process began with a 15-min phone screen, primarily to discuss salary. This was followed by a longer phone call to dive into experience. I then traveled to Tallahassee for an on-site interview. I met with multiple members of the team and had good conversations. I checked in with the hiring manager twice in the following weeks but never heard from her again or anyone at Visit Florida.
