I spoke with the HR Manager for the office/franchise in the area. The pay range was simply unacceptable for my level of experience. They don't reimburse mileage, which is illegal hen combined with what they are paying. Your wages minus travel expenses must equal minimum wage, which they would not have. Simply unacceptable.

It was goood I really appreciate it, but I can’t wait to see what they’re going to offer me. I’ll let you guys know more. I guess I’ll have to wait on a response.
Very laid back and comfortable. Ask about experience and walk through responsibilities you will have. You’re able to really pick and chose what you’re comfortable with and work outa schedule that works best for you.

Did a short phone screen then in person at the office. Simple questions about caregiver skills and experiences on the job. Do I like to help others? Do I drive?
