The interview was long and done by India management (multiple levels of interviews).
The interview process started with "About Me" and then general questions. Further detailed questions on Program Manager roles and responsibilities. Lots of behavioral questions in between - like your strenths and weaknesses.
Detailed questioning based on the resume and past experience. This took the longest at almost all the levels. Basic case studies - scenario responses. For eg. what would you do if this happens or that happens.
Relation quotient with the client.
4 rounds of different levels including HR. Overall team members and final round is behavioural.
You will be moved to next level if previous one is OK. you will have atleast 3 to 4 candidates interviewed in parallel

Entretien
First interview with Chief Project Engineer (heading Program Management) for previous roles and customers handled. Then proceeded with HR salary negotiation process. However, the salary negotiation is the toughest as the negotiation was deep from the current package.
