My interview experience with this company was unfortunately very disappointing. The process was incredibly long and involved multiple conversations and ongoing discussions. During that time, I was told several times that I would receive weekly updates, but those updates rarely occurred unless I followed up myself.
At one point, I was even asked about my availability to start as soon as possible and was provided with different potential start dates, which gave the strong impression that an offer was forthcoming. However, after months of communication and preparation on my end, the process ultimately ended without an offer.
The experience was frustrating and exhausting, primarily due to the lack of consistent communication and the mixed signals about the status of the role. A more transparent and structured hiring process would have made a significant difference.
I would encourage the company to improve communication with candidates and be more mindful of the time and expectations involved in the hiring process and not give false hope.
