The interview process was very uncomfortable with questions focused around where I am from and why am I not pursuing career in my birth country. There were a lot of way too personal questions including the one on whether I am planning to get pregnant any time soon. At the end, it occured they were actually looking for a formulation chemist and there was not a proper communication between HR and R& D department.
