The interview was one on one with the head of the department/my immediate supervisor. Since it was an entry-level position, the entire process was fairly easy. There were a few questions regarding my background and previous experience with GIS. Previous experience digitizing with ESRI arcGIS was preferred. What would be expected of me was outlined and I had an offer within a couple of weeks.
