Aptitude technical and English test.
This is pen paper test.
Shortlisting process will done on the basis of that test.
Aptitude questions was the 10 and English questions are the 6 .
There is logical section also which is easier.

2 technical interview and 1 interview/talk with CEO
Basic sorting algorithms asked in 1st technical then in 2nd technical deep knowledge of vertical & horizontal scaling and some other topics.

First, there was long google form of around 21 pages that candidate has to fill and submit on mail (time consuming task and mostly non relevant questions were asked), after that they called for an interview at their office.
Had a bad Experience in Interview Process.
HR gave me written paper for English, Aptitude and then Programming Java.
After the Written and Programming question, she came and again started to ask me the Question of coding, Algorithm, Programming-- "Remember a non Technical Person is asking me all these Question", on one question i got stuck and gave my approach to solve it, but she was not satisfied, she wants the ans which she heard from the other person.
No Proper Rounds and Person for taking technical interview, they just want to reject the candidates and waste their time.
