called by recruitment to offer an interview and date and then interviewed by management and a department head in the training room of the call centre you’re working in. The interview lasted approximately 15 minutes before the 2 interviewers went away for a couple of minutes and then come back with a decision after discussing.

Had to show evidence of the right to work in the UK . The whole interview took around twenty minutes and asked questions based on my previous experience , then asked me competency based questions and if I had any questions I wanted to ask
