Applied online via Gradcracker. Firstly invited to take online tests, then to the video interview before being invited to attend an assessment centre at Newbury. The assessment centre consisted of two group excercises, a 1on1 presentation and a interview. All round a very good experience, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. During the interview I really felt the assessor wanted to get the best out of me. I haven't yet heard back from Vodafone with regard to the result of my assessment day so have put no offer, will update if this changes.

One sided interview, questions about how you would act in certain scenarios along with business logic and general logical thinking/reading comprehension. Nothing relating to specific technical roles so I recommend looking into how these processes normally ask questions.

First you do the online application, then the video interview. Make sure you are well prepared for this step, then its the online assessment which was split into three parts. It was a virtual assessment centre that lasted the whole day.
