The interview was held in Serres (Archiepiskopou Makariou 1). The job advertisement was about sales inside the store and customer service. But in the interview they claimed they were looking for someone for door-to-door sales. Also, during the interview people were coming in and out of the office which was quite annoying.

The interview process was clear and well-organized. It started with an online application, followed by a short phone screening to check my communication skills and background. After that, there was a face-to-face interview with HR and the team leader. They asked about my previous experience in customer service and tested how I handle difficult customers. The interviewers were friendly and made me feel comfortable during the discussion.

Good interview, didn’t get the role but was happy with the process and people. Good learning experience overall. Challenges you in the right areas as a sales person and gives a good sense of what it would be like to work there

Easy process - Manager was nice - Loved it!
Just about my experience, don't be nervous i'll say and the job builds your confidence so much. but yeah, good experience overall.
