After submitting the initial application, there next stage was some psychometric testing, this was pretty standard and you can prepare in the same way you would for similar tests. The next stage was a video interview. There were six questions asked, beginning with why Vodafone and then some about yourself.

Applied online. Completed a video interview. Then phone interview where afterwards she sent me the various internship types. 99% sure she sent me the wrong one for technology (the internship I was interested in) because the original description said no prior experience was needed, however the technology "internship" was titled Cyber Security Specialist and required 22 years of tech experience. I emailed her back asking her to check she sent the correct internship, had no reply, and hence the deadline expired. Thank you for a huge waste of time!! Very bad view of Vodafone after this.
